Aurora Museum Foundation, Inc. was founded to provide broad-based funding and community support to ensure the continued viability of the Aurora History Museum.

The Aurora Museum Foundation:

Seeks and accepts public or private contributions, gifts, bequests, devises, grants, or donations, and to expend, accumulate, and/or invest the same.

Operates with all the powers conferred upon a non-profit corporation by the laws of the State of Colorado provided that such powers extend no further than those which are in furtherance of exempt purposes permitted under the Internal Revenue Code.

Our team is made up entirely of volunteers. We advocate for the preservation of the history of the City of Aurora and the surrounding areas.

Even a little help goes a long way.

That is why we are especially happy to find new volunteers who share our commitment to perserving history and passing it along to future gerations.
